  • All Indian Nationals has to compulsory produce photo - Address Identity Card as an Identity proof at the time of Check-in.
  • Valid Passport & Visa should be produced as identification upon check-in by all foreign Nationals /OCI/PIO card holder.
  • Check-in time 11:00 a.m. & Check-out time 9:00 a.m.
  • We serve pure Vegetarian food only & Jain food is available.
  • Extra person & child share the same room with couple (Arrangement for additional person/Child will be sofa bed).
  • Tariff subject to change without prior notice.
  • Room's allotment will be done in Mahabaleshwar at the time of check in.
  • To help conserve water & energy, Hot water supply between (07.00 a.m. To 11.00 a.m.).
  • We don't have Drivers accommodation.
  • All Guests staying in Hotel's Guestrooms must be registered with the Hotel.
  • You must be 18 years old with valid ID to make a reservation and check into the Hotel on your own.
  • Cancellation Policy: If cancelled 7 days prior to check in - 10% of Total Bill.
    If cancelled less than 7 days but more than 24 hours prior to check in - 1 Nights Retention Charge, Less than 24 hours / No Show - No Refund.
  • Note: Postponement / Preponement are also treated as cancellation and same terms apply.
